App Terms of Use

NomadWallet is a freemium app focusing on travel and finance. We offer 14 days free trial, then the user can make a desicion to continue to use our app with the premium version (monthly/yearly subscription) or remove the app.

We are fast moving small team backed by 2 passionate members, due to frequent app updates, some features of our app may not work exactly as planned. But please be patient with us and we'll always do our best to support you.

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the NomadWallet mobile application (the "Service") operated by Mango Lab ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

NomadWallet is designed to track expense of user for daily usage and travel. By using our Service, you agree to:

a) Use the Service only for its intended purposes

b) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

c) Respect the intellectual property rights of others

d) Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NomadWallet and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of NomadWallet.

4. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mango Lab.

Mango Lab has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Mango Lab shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

5. Premium Features and In-App Purchases

NomadWallet offers premium features that can be accessed through in-app purchases or subscriptions ("Premium Features"). By purchasing Premium Features, you agree to the following:

a) All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android), not by Mango Lab. We do not handle or store your payment information.

b) Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

c) You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android) after purchase.

d) The cost of renewal for Premium Features may change over time. You will be notified of any price changes prior to renewal.

e) No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or unused Premium Features.

f) Some Premium Features may be offered on a trial basis. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged.

g) Mango Lab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Premium Features at any time without notice.

h) Premium Features are licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. Mango Lab reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
